Applying to SACN? - Send us your official transcripts

Prospective students are encouraged to send transcripts to Saint Anthony College of Nursing after each completed semester of college. The Student Affairs staff will match the course work with our prerequisite list, leaving unfulfilled requirements blank. In this way, prospective students know what classes they still need to complete our requirements. You may send transcripts to:

Only transcripts sent directly from the reporting institutions are considered official. You may need to sign a form in your institutions Records office or you may be able to order transcripts on-line.

Transfer Guides for many of the northern Illinois and southern Wisconsin colleges are available for comparison. Choose the college that you attend. Our prerequisites are listed on the left; the courses from your school that meet those requirements are on the right.
