Students!  This is just a friendly reminder for you to complete the FAFSA for 2016-2017 on or after January 1, 2016 even if you have not completed your taxes for 2015. You are able to put in estimated amounts.  Once you have completed your taxes, you can go back on the website and update the tax information. The IRS Data Retrieval should be available on February 7, 2016.
To complete the FAFSA please go to www.fafsa.gov.
Although the State of Illinois does not have a budget yet, you must have a 2016-2017 FAFSA with a valid EFC on file in order to be considered for the MAP Grant. This is free money!  You must be a resident of Illinois.

If you have any questions, please feel free to contact the college's Financial Aid Coordinator.
