Christine started her career at Children's Memorial Hospital (now Lurie's Children's Hospital) in Chicago shortly after graduating from the University of Iowa. After completing her PNP and FNP, she has enjoyed practicing for the past 12 years caring for all ages but has "a special place in her heart" for pediatrics.
Becoming a nurse practitioner entails: 100% effort; dedication; flexibility in your life outside of school. The reward is having a career that you find rewarding, satisfying and challenging. She appreciates the student who is committed, enjoys learning, and has high ambitions.
