For over 89 years Saint Anthony College of Nursing and its predecessor, Saint Anthony School of Nursing, have prepared students for the profession of nursing. Located on the campus of OSF Saint Anthony Medical Center, the region's pioneer in cardiac, cancer, trauma and orthopedic care, Saint Anthony College of Nursing provides BSN students with real-world, clinically intensive experiences. Throughout this time, the program has been respected for the quality of its graduates. In 2006 the College started its Master of Science in Nursing program.

New Classroom Facilities at Guilford Square

In August 2008, 11,000 square feet of additional classroom and clinical laboratory space was added. This space is 1.18 miles from the main campus building and is named Guilford Square. This additional space has a 150 seat auditorium, 50 seat classroom, a skills laboratory, and a simulator laboratory. There is a commons area and place for quiet study.
